House rules

Welcome to Casa El Girasol!

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

General

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Parties and events are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
• No youth groups are allowed. The main guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Pets are not permitted.

Inside the Villa

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and guesthouse. Smoking is allowed outside; please use the provided ashtrays.
• Use air conditioning and heating responsibly; turn them off when you leave the property.
• Please do not move furniture between rooms or outside.
• Report any damages or malfunctions to us as soon as possible.

Kitchen & Food

• Clean the kitchen after use. Wash dishes, empty the dishwasher, and return all items to their original place.
• Empty the refrigerator before departure and dispose of perishable food.

Bedrooms & Linens

• Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
• Please do not take towels or linen outside the property (except beach towels).
• On departure, remove used bed linen and towels and leave them at the bottom of the stairs.

Swimming Pool & Garden

• The pool is for registered guests only.
• Always supervise children in and around the pool.
• Shower before swimming, especially when wearing sunscreen.
• No glassware in or around the pool area.
• Please close parasols and tidy up sunbeds when not in use or in case of wind.
